My name is Tim Carpenter. I am originally from upstate New York and have lived in Southwest Florida for 20 years. Photography and golf are my two hobbies. I play in a number of amateur state golf tournaments every year. After taking care of homes for 16 years now, and encountering a number of different situations, I feel that trust, communication, and customer service are the foundation of a solid business relationship.
My service is designed specifically to maintain your residence while you're away. It is a detailed inspection of the properties exterior and interior. Quality Home Watch has a wide range of services that will be customized for your every need. I also can provide a swimming pool cleaning and chemical maintenance program. Pool service is year round. The frequency of my visits will be set by the owner and agreed upon before our first visit. A detailed report will be given to the owner after each check of the home via e-mail, text, or phone call. It is a simple, professional, and reliable way for you to have peace of mind while you are away.
